It’s Sunday, and it is a gloomy day out here. It rained all night, and still getting some nice, peaceful rain which is always badly needed around these parts.
Makes me glad I was lazy and decided not to wash the car yesterday.
But in a way I’m not happy about the rain, because it forces my hand into doing the laundry.
And making lunch, instead of going out for fast food.
And did I mention laundry?
Sigh…..
Hope y’all have a lazy Sunday for me π

Laundry? What about the dishes?? (See TBR post…)

Kids rotate that job π

It’s nap time at the county bed and breakfast, so it’s pretty lazy for me right now.

Enjoy your day π

I just finished three contractually mandated environmental compliance courses online and missed only one question on the tests. I think that deserves a celebration, which will involve laziness and maybe some scotch.

And have another scotch on my account π

They took all our rain out of our forecast for the next week at this point. So we Round-Upped the yard to death today. Now we are being lazy. And I’m doing laundry occasionally so you aren’t alone in that chore. π

I guess it’s the folding I hate. Though I do get a certain satisfaction of seeing the neat stacks of clothes. It’s a Catch 22 π

come on , laundry is the only job with hour long coffee breaks.
October 13th, 2013 at 1:28 PM
Coffee? Ooooooooooh, that’s what they call the stuff you use to add a bit of color to tequila. Gotcha.
October 13th, 2013 at 2:35 PM
well I say coffee…..
π
October 13th, 2013 at 4:38 PM
If I were to enjoy *that* kind of coffee, nothing would get done.
I’m looking for the downside, but so far I’m getting nothing.

60% chance of rain today. Drove through a mud puddle in a construction zone yesterday, which splashed muddy red water/dirt up over the roof of my truck (and everything below). So…of course we’re not getting ANY rain right now. *sigh*
October 13th, 2013 at 4:38 PM
At least it’s pretty mud π
October 13th, 2013 at 4:56 PM
I my be wrong but I’m pretty sure you won’t melt if you get wet.
(Checks for falling houses)

I will never take the chance, Azy. Just in case π

We will soon be seeing snow days up here in the north so I am enjoying any day we get.
I had a very lazy day. Yesterday was Migraineur Day ™ so today is hangover day. Gotta stop eating cold cuts.
Aggie – sorry if this is not proper blog etiquette, but you all might enjoy this link. Mike Rowe is just about as can-do as you can get, and he is fun to listen to as well. http://profoundlydisconnected.com/your-headline-my-face/

I ♥ Mike Rowe. He is apropos everywhere.
Did you type “snow”? Does not compute.
Hope you are feeling much better after the migraineous hangover.

Took a few days to recover but yes I feel way eversomuchbetter.
“Snow” is a white crystalline precipitation commonly referred to as sh** in these parts.
If i am ever allowed to start a branch office down there I will love the sh** shaped hole it will leave in my life.
