You would be excited to know that we watched Return of the Jedi yesterday with my 4 yr old nephew. He loves it. I think I dosed off for about a hour still watched most of it.

He likes all the movies…it’s a family trait! that one is my favorite due to the Ewoks they are so darn cute.

May have to start celebrating St. Patty’s…according to those who have researched my family’s lineage, apparently our ancestors who were banished to the ‘Muricas were of Scotch-Irish descent….which means a bunch of rowdy Irishmen with a barrel of Scotch.

Well, apparently, the restraining order that removed us from the Old Country also prohibits us from wearing kilts again. Ever. Musta been some party!

New Years Eve and St. Patrick’s are two of my least favorite days of the year. They are long nights at work.

Having worked in retail, I agree. Got my share of drunks and made more than my share of calls to security!

I survived the night, just one arrest for OMVWI, and 2 bar fights. It could have been worse.

Since I worked at the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday and Sunday, I was at my other job on Monday. I am a part time Deputy Sheriff, and a part time Night Auditor at a resort. Monday, while at the resort, I heard a lot of traffic on the Security and Shuttle channels, with shuttles having to go to several 4 unit condos on property. It is Spring Break, so we are full of college students. A small group of young, drunk, and stupid males had gotten into a fistfight at one of the pools. As a result 4 condos, and almost 50 kids got evicted from the actions of 3 fools. Since i was at my resort job, and not my LE one, it was NMP, ( Not My Problem ), and I showed my concern for the incident by going and making myself a bowl of Dinty Moore beef stew, and a large cup of cocoa. Stew and cocoa taste yummy when it is snowing, and 9 degrees. The rest of the month of March is supposed to be 15-20 degrees below normal.
